李奇英教授个人简历如下：

博士毕业于阿拉巴马大学伯明翰校区 (美国)，现任教于台湾国立彰化师范大学，任生物学系/生物技术研究所教授、研究发展处研发长。

曾任通识教育中心主任、生物学系系主任、生物技术研究所所长等职务，曾获得国科会特殊优秀人才奖励。

现为台湾国科会专题计划审核委员，教育部专题计划审核委员。
