杜燕婷 Yanting Du
Ph.D Student (2024.9-~)

Yanting Du obtained her master's degree in Environmental Chemistry from Minnan Normal University, with a focus on marine chemistry. She has a profound interest and passion for the mysterious ocean. In 2024, Yanting Du began pursuing a Ph.D. in Marine Chemistry at Xiamen University and was awarded the MEL Outstanding Doctoral Scholarship. Her research focuses on the spatiotemporal distribution patterns and regulatory mechanisms of phytoplankton in the North Pacific and their impacts on carbon export. Outside of her academic and research pursuits, she enjoys movies, gourmet food, and traveling, reflecting her curiosity about the world and spirit of exploration.
杜燕婷硕士就读于闽南师范大学环境化学专业,并专注于海洋化学方向,对神秘的海洋有着深厚兴趣和热爱。杜燕婷于2024年进入厦门大学攻读海洋化学专业的博士学位并获得MEL优秀博士奖学金,研究重点是北太平洋海域浮游植物的时空分布特征与调控机制及其对碳输出的影响。在科研学习之外,她热爱电影、美食以及旅行,对世界的好奇心和探索精神。

薛成文 Chengwen Xue
Ph.D Student (2025.9-~)

Chengwen Xue graduated with a master‘s degree from Xiamen University in 2024, specializing in the automated classification of marine algae and Few-shot learning techniques. In 2025, he joined Professor Huang Yibin's team, concentrating on the project "Carbon Export and Its Regulatory Mechanisms in the Mesopelagic Zone of the Western North Pacific: A High-Resolution Observation Study Based on BGC-Argo." In his spare time, he enjoys exploring culinary delights and playing badminton.
薛成文于2024年在厦门大学获得硕士学位,硕士期间研究的重点是海洋藻类的自动化分类技术,及小样本图像分类技术。2025n年加入黄毅彬老师的团队,聚焦“西北太平洋弱光层碳输出及其调控机制——基于BGC-Argo高分辨率观测”课题,课余时间,他喜欢探索美食和打羽毛球。

刘旭柠 Xuning Liu
Ph.D Student (2025.9-~)

Liu Xuning earned a master’s degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2023, where his research focused on how long-term nitrogen addition affects phosphorus limitation in alpine steppe on the Tibetan Plateau. He is now studying respiratory remineralization in the global ocean twilight zone with Prof. Yibin Huang’s group. In his free time, he enjoys anime and reading.
刘旭柠于2023年获得中国科学院大学硕士学位,硕士期间研究重点是长期氮添加对青藏高原高寒草原磷限制的影响。他现在在黄毅彬老师团队学习,目前主要的研究全球海洋弱光层呼吸矿化过程。休闲时间,喜欢动漫和阅读。

陈晓 Xiao Chen
Graduate Student (2024.9~)

Chen Xiao received her bachelor's degree from Guangdong Ocean University and began her master's studies in 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Yibin Huang. Her research focuses on the estimation and temporal trends of global marine net primary production (NPP). She is dedicated to integrating observational NPP data to construct a global database and applying machine learning methods to improve the accuracy of satellite-based NPP models. Outside of research, Chen Xiao enjoys musicals and films.
陈晓,本科毕业于广东海洋大学,2024年起在黄毅彬老师课题组攻读硕士学位。她的研究主要聚焦于全球海洋初级生产力的估算及其变化趋势,致力于通过整合观测NPP数据构建全球数据库,并利用机器学习方法提升遥感NPP模型精度,科研之外,陈晓热爱音乐剧与电影。

周金鹏 Jinpeng Zhou
Graduate Student (2024.9~)

Zhou Jinping graduated with a bachelor's degree from Hengyang Normal University and joined Huang Yibin’s laboratory as a master’s student in 2024. His research focuses on constructing a marine dissolved organic carbon (DOC) database using machine learning methods and further analyzing the roles and regulatory mechanisms of DOC in biogeochemical cycles across different ocean regions, aiming to enhance the understanding of oceanic carbon cycling and its impact on global climate change. Outside of research, he actively participates in sports, including ultimate frisbee, mountaineering, and swimming.
周金鹏本科毕业于衡阳师范学院,并于2024年以硕士研究生身份加入黄毅彬实验室。他的研究主要聚焦于利用机器学习方法构建海洋溶解有机碳(DOC)数据库,并进一步分析不同海区 DOC 在生物地球化学循环中的作用及调控机制,旨在加深对海洋碳循环及其在全球气候变化中作用的理解。科研之外,他积极参与运动,包括飞盘、登山和游泳。

徐嘉懿 Jiayi Xu
Graduate Student (2025.9-~)

Jiayi Xu, majored in environmental engineering in Anhui Normal University, and she joined Huang Yibin 's teacher team as a graduate student in 2025 to continue her in-depth study. Her current main research direction is deep-sea carbon sequestration. In addition to scientific research, she likes music and photography.
徐嘉懿本科就读于安徽师范大学环境工程专业,于2025年作为研究生加入黄毅彬老师团队继续深入学习。她目前的主要研究方向是:深海碳封存。科研学习之外,她喜欢音乐和摄影.

徐道华 Daohua Xu
Graduate Student (2025.9-~)

Daohua Xu pursued his undergraduate degree in Marine Science at Xiamen University, subsequently joining Professor Huang Yibin's research group as a graduate scholar in 2025. His academic endeavors are presently centered on the design and development of marine monitoring instrumentation. Beyond his scholarly pursuits, he cultivates a keen interest in athletic activities, culinary exploration, and musical appreciation.
