转发教育部《学位论文作假行为处理办法》（教育部2012年第34号令）

为打击学术造假，树立良好学习风气，保证学位授予质量，教育部颁布了《学位论文作假行为处理办法》（教育部2012年第34号令，以下简称“办法”），该“办法”是教育部颁布的首部处理学术不端行为的部门规章。
