- 本课题组致力于海洋氮循环与全球变化研究,运用稳定同位素示踪与分子生物学技术,综合野外调查与室内培养,量化典型全球变化场景对于海洋关键氮动力过程速率的影响,探讨其调控机理与气候效应。研究方向包括但不限于:
- 海洋硝化过程与全球变化。
- 海洋N2O源汇格局与时空变异。
- 海洋碳、氮耦合代谢及其复合气候效应。

- Our research focuses on the marine nitrogen (N) cycle and its connection to other essential bio-elements such as C, P etc., particularly microbe-phytoplankton interactions and nitrous oxide (N2O) cycling in various marine systems extending from the eutrophic coastal zone to the oligotrophic subtropical gyres. To disentangle the complex N dynamics, we take advantage of multiple C, N, and O stable isotope tracing approaches to examine C and N transformation rates in natural ecosystems and lab culture. The overarching goals of our research are to better understand the ability of the ocean to regulate atmospheric CO2 and N2O during the intimate coupling of the C & N cycle; and how the marine C & N cycle responds to anthropogenic forcing and natural variabilities.

简介:1)利用稳定同位素示踪与分子生物学技术,研究全球变化对海洋氮循环关键过程的影响,重点关注海洋N2O产生的过程速率与调控机理;2)探索各典型海洋生态系统碳、氮代谢的耦合与非耦合过程,检验海洋碳、氮代谢的复合气候效应。
